Advice for singers, don’t drinks all time more in sugar, creamy and sweet because it will damage the throat and it affects the sound quality of the voice. But if the limitations are out of control, you must maintain Ginger Tea of everyday life.
Ginger Tea- minimizes symptoms of the common cold, allergies, and other respiratory conditions. Singers prevent having cold during their performances. On the other way, if you miss to drink Ginger Tea, do not forget to drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday because it helps and also prevent cold.
